Unidentified, 6301 E Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA. I've been told by one source that this was an A&P (Later a Gaudio's and a Frank's Nursery and Crafts) and by another that it was a Penn Fruit (Later a Dale's). The height suggests Penn Fruit to me, but I'm not making a call on this one.
