Thanks again for your kind response :) I am pretty sure it was originally a Fox Market. Food Fair bought all of the Fox stores (Ca., NV.) in the 1960's. Food Fair was "introduced" to the idea of buying this company because they already owned casinos, resorts, hotels and golf courses in Las...

Oh, thanks very much.

Do you remember what the stores looked like in Las Vegas?

Size, architecture (did they have rose colored marble on the front part of the store, one or two entrances, etc.)

Fox Markets of California

Hello Wayne,

Do YOU remember the above chain? Their main office was in the southeast section of downtown Los Angeles.

They had over 50 stores in mostly Southern California and over 20 stores in Las Vegas.

In the 60's they were merged with Food Fair Stores.

Any info?
