I'm originally from Columbus - but I never made too many trips down to south Columbus, so my memory is a tad hazy. The picture of the store in Columbus was most certainly a Big Star...which I seem to recall later becoming a chain called 'South Star.' As I recall, the change happened in the mid-80s. ...

I actually work right next door to this building. (And, FWIW, park behind it, too. No service bays that I can tell). Anyway, under the floormat in the front, I can make out "ROTH-." The rest is covered up. I plan to slip over there sometime tomorrow and actually lift up the mat to see what...
