My records show a number of Acme locations in that immediate area, but not the building you mentioned.

The Jeep dealership was a pitched-roof/A-frame Acme. If you pull into the parking lot and look into the lobby added to the front of the building, you'll see remnants of the Acme's facade.

Not sure about the bowling alley but yes, there was a Centennial A&P in Randolph where the current A&P stands. If you go to Historic Aerials you'll get a better idea of how things changed throughout the years.
