The Incredible Shrinking Woman with Lily Tomlin opens with a supermarket scene. This was the Mayfair Market in Eagle Rock which was next to a Sav-On. The Mayfair is now a Super A market. There is a scene inside the market midway and then close to the ending is a chase outside in the parking lot.

Almost all the Food4Less's in Las Vegas have slot machines right by the entrance or exit if your leaving.

The Ralphs in Reseda is a new building. It may be on the site of the old Dales, but this store was built in 1997 or early 1998.

The Super A in Alhambra at 300 w. Main Street was a Shopping Bag as of 1971 and a Fazio's as of 1974. Not sure when Super A came in.

The Ralphs store in Orange has the same kind of sign. I wonder how many stores had this. It's located at 1435 W. Chapman Ave.

I think this store closed in late 1996 or early 1997. I was working at the store on Chatsworth and Zelzah during it's construction in late 1997 and bought something at the Staples. Also this store had a remodel in 1993 only to be remodeled again in 1994 after the earthquake.

This store was damaged in the 1994 Northridge earthquake and was eventually closed when the store on Chatsworth and Zelzah was opened.

The Ralphs in Ladera Heights was a Food Giant. It is in the same location but was expanded in 2002. The Ralphs on Crenshaw and Rodeo was a Boy's Market and was converted to a Ralphs in 1995. Same for the store on Crenshaw and Imperial, but was originally a Food Giant before Boy's Market. The Food 4 ...

that's the one. It's on 2355 E Colorado Blvd and opened on Feb. 24, 1964.

This store was a Lucky's. There was a Boys Market close by on 14310 S. Hawthorne Blvd that was converted into a Ralphs in 1995, and was recently closed.

The Pep Boys address is 256 S Atlantic Blvd.

Here is something interesting, Safeway opened a store on 275 S Atlantic Blvd in 1960.
