It was just posted via Supermarket News that Key Foods is acquiring the Superfresh banner from A&P.
I know there had been talk of them, but I thought it was for the Food Emporium name - seems odd to pick Superfresh as that name was not in the greater NY area (only PA/MD/DE and far southern NJ).
