Does anyone have any idea about the provenance of this store? I'm guessing Jewel-Osco, but that's only because I was driving through Chicagoland when I saw it. The pictures are from 2013.

Based on the road sign, I would say Eagle. Their logo was that shape.

You could be on to something there. The shopping centre is called "Eagle Creek Plaza."
