How about a supermarket and casino? I'm used to seeing slot machines in the front of markets in Las Vegas, but I was at a Smith's that had a walled off section and the word "casino" above" with about 30 or so slots and an attendant sitting in front, near a pot of coffee to keep the gamblers awake. They had some other stores inside, can't remember all of them.

Slot machines are common in a lot of stores in Vegas, usually owned by several operators (not the stores)

In Las Vegas, we have a VONS that has a Jamba Juice, a Staples, Starbucks, Panda Express, and Bank of America inside. There also used to be a Blockbuster inside as well.

That reminds me of the flagship Market Street Safeway in SF, though I think only the Starbucks is accessible from within (the building, which used to be entirely Safeway/former Super S, now has the Jamba Juice, a camera store, and a couple of other things on the east (rear) side).

Almost all the Food4Less's in Las Vegas have slot machines right by the entrance or exit if your leaving.

That's actually a pretty common set-up for newer Safeway stores.
