New grocery store in a former Centennial A&P - Bellevue

While I was out driving this past weekend, I saw that the former Centennial A&P store here in Bellevue currently in the process of being remodeled into a Grocery Outlet store. This store had previously been subdivided into several different smaller stores and one somewhat larger appliance store, but now appears to be getting turned back into a single store.
You can see a Google Streetview of this store here. I had driven by this store for years but had never made the correlation to a Centennial A&P until I saw that there was formerly an A&P store in the location. Surprisingly, much of the original shape is quite intact:
