PA Wine & Spirits Stores, 30's-present

In Pennsylvania, the state has owned all wine and spirits stores since the end of prohibition. All these stores look slightly different. Often they take the look of the shopping center, including the signs. Some of them look alike, and they have a few recurring logos. Does anyone know about the history of these stores? Information about their history is almost impossible to find.
