During the American Stores' ownership of Alpha Beta as a separate division (1979-1988), were there any Hy-Lo Pharmacies inside Alpha Beta/Skaggs Alpha Beta stores?

Also, did Esther Cramer write a 2nd edition to "The Alpha Beta Story"?
