Likewise, Pathmark and Waldbaums in Centereach, NY. Although surprisingly, due to the merger, they only had to divest six stores, all of which were in NY. One of those stores in Shirley, NY divested was a recently renovated Waldbaum's Fresh Market. It became Stop & Shop (which they've renovated *twice* in less than two years). The rest were in Staten Island and became King Kullens.
