San Francisco-1959-Khrushchev Supermarket Visit (cancelled)

Premier of the Soviet Union Nikita Khrushchev was scheduled to tour an "American supermarket" when he visited San Francisco, Calif. in 1959. However, Khrushchev decided instead to deviate from his schedule and visit with ILWU union workers, including its leader Harry Bridges. Does anybody know which San Francisco supermarket was to be the site of Khrushchev's visit? I assume that contemporary newspaper articles would reveal such details. It probably was a relatively new supermarket building.

I don't have time to check out the articles right now, but the LA Times blog "The Daily Mirror" did a series of posts of his visits last month that might have some info. I've been meaning to go back and read them, but I've been slammed:

I think the posts were in late September.
