No, they were actually both Penn Fruits; there was a PDF of a book I found online that listed many of the shopping centers in Philly area as of about 1960; I unfortunately can't find it now, but it did mention that the neighborhood of Oregon Ave between 20th & 24th had Sears, Snellenburg's, and two Penn Fruits. Even today it's a pretty populated area, and even more people didn't have cars back then, so two in that area probably made more sense.
